Community Connections

Sport for Life Community Connections is a project designed to support and mentor aspiring Sport for Life Communities with resources, services and an online community of practice. 

A Sport for Life Community is a community which has adopted the Sport for Life Framework by bringing together health, education, recreation, sport and other stakeholders to develop and implement a plan for an active, healthy community.
